πŸš€ Your New Challenge:

As a Trainer, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience:

  • Assist SMEs and trustees in implementing their accounting and management software (invoicing, CRM, etc.);
  • Lead individual or group training sessions to share your expertise with clarity and empathy;
  • Efficiently handle incoming technical phone requests via a ticketing system and provide remote troubleshooting to customers;
  • Ensure the complete installation and configuration of new products, new versions, and/or additional modules from A to Z;
  • Thoroughly analyze customer requests to configure the software as closely as possible to their objectives;
  • Configure the software as closely as possible to the customer's objectives and/or report to the internal developers so that they can implement creative solutions;
  • Act as an interface between the technical teams and the end-users, ensuring that business needs are well understood;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of educational content and support tools.

🧩 Your profile:

* Experience or affinity with the world of accounting and management (ideally in a trust company or an SME). * Good knowledge of one or more of the following accounting and management software: Sage BOB, Horus Software, Odoo, Sage Cloud Demat and/or AdminPulse. * Comfortable leading training sessions and in client relations. * Ability to make things simple and accessible, with a strong taste for service and knowledge transfer. * Minimum B2 level of English to ensure smooth communication with certain clients or publishers.
