You will work a minimum of 2 days/week in our offices in Herstal (remote work possible for the rest).
Languages
Fluent French, Dutch appreciated (English useful).
Challenges
Create the HR function (vision, priorities, routines); balance strategy (β60%) and execution (β40%); collaborate with diverse profiles; work daily with the Accounting team (salaries, sick leave, bonuses, declarations) and in permanent partnership with the Finance/HR team; monitor and secure social legislation in BE/LU; manage multiple priorities in parallel with rigor and flexibility.

In an SME of 50 people, you will be the person who establishes and manages the HR function from A to Z.
