Your role within the team:

As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch and French-speaking customers. You will assist them efficiently, patiently, and enthusiastically, turning every technical or functional question into a positive experience.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in Dutch and French;
  • Providing warm and professional telephone support;
  • Diagnosing issues and assisting customers remotely or on-site;
  • Guiding and supporting customers in their user experience on-site;
  • Analyzing and recommending the most suitable solutions for each need;
  • Contributing to the implementation of new modules and tools;
  • Collaborating with our project and development teams to expedite cases.

Your ideal profile:

  • You have a degree in accounting, business IT or equivalent experience
  • An enthusiastic, proactive and solution-oriented personality
  • Innate ease in dealing with customers
  • A sense of organization and a structured approach to your assignments
  • A team spirit and ability to work in synergy
  • Resilience in the face of challenges
