As aĀ Management Software / ERP Support Consultant, you will assist Belgian and Luxembourgish companies in their digitalization.
Your role combinesĀ business analysis, technical support, and customer assistance:

  • ProvideĀ FR/ENG customer support as needed (diagnosis, troubleshooting, follow-up via ticketing).
  • Install, configure, and set upĀ new software solutions.
  • Analyze accounting needs and propose theĀ best ERP configurations.
  • Train and guide users (webinars or remote assistance).
  • Collaborate with theĀ projectĀ andĀ developmentĀ teams to improve tools.
  • Monitor satisfaction indicators and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Comfortable speaking and writing, with a good knowledge of English?
  • Training or experience in accounting/management IT backgroundĀ (fiduciary, SME or company).
  • Curious, pedagogical, and passionate aboutĀ management software solutions.
  • Customer service oriented, structured approach, team spirit.
  • Resilient, solutions-oriented, with a genuine pleasure in helping and sharing knowledge.
  • Bonus: knowledge ofĀ Sage,Ā Horus Software,Ā OdooĀ or other ERPs.
