Odoo Project Manager Luxembourg - Freelance

By-Doo, a department of IBGraf Group and official Odoo partner, is looking for several freelance Odoo Project Managers to support the development of its projects in Luxembourg.

By-Doo supports SMEs, fiduciaries, and Luxembourgish companies in the digitalization and optimization of their processes using Odoo.

Our job is not simply to install an ERP. We analyze the functioning of each company to transform its concrete needs into effective and adapted solutions.

Accounting automation, warehouse management, logistics optimization, CRM, purchasing and sales, HR processes… The projects are varied, as are the companies we support.

At By-Doo, we place great importance on the quality of projects, but also on how we work with our clients and partners: respect, collaboration, pragmatism, and the search for solutions are part of our daily lives.

What do we expect from you?

Within By-Doo's project team, you will be required to:

• analyze and deeply understand our clients' needs and processes;
• translate these needs into functional solutions in Odoo;
• configure Odoo and its various applications;
• collaborate with our developers when specific development is needed;
• support the installation and configuration of different modules;
• train users;
• support change within organizations;
• become a true point of contact for the client throughout the project.

The profile we are looking for

For this mission, we are looking for someone who has:

• a good knowledge of business organization and ERP solution deployment;
• at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• good analytical skills;
• a natural and professional client contact;
• a high degree of autonomy, without losing the taste for teamwork;
• the ability to manage multiple issues and adapt to real-world situations;
• a desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date in the Odoo ecosystem;
• the ability to travel regularly to client sites;
• excellent command of French and good knowledge of English.

The little extra

An Odoo 17-18 or 19 certification is obviously a significant asset.
