What is expected of you?

Within the administrative team, we will ask you to:

  • Provide telephone reception
  • Receive customer requests and enter them into the ticketing system
  • Schedule appointments for our employees
  • Distribute requests to the relevant teams (helpdesk, sales...)
  • Manage customer orders and be the point of contact with our suppliers
  • Set up billing
  • Ensure the monitoring of orders and invoicing

The qualities and skills we are absolutely looking for:

  • Ideally, being a Dutch speaker or having a perfect command of Dutch
  • To hold a degree related to the function
  • To have a natural ease in telephone communication
  • To be very thorough in the execution of your tasks
  • Having the ability to prioritize tasks and manage peak periods
  • To anticipate, ask the right questions, and effectively prepare the technicians' work
  • Be comfortable with teamwork and collaboration
  • To be customer-oriented and have good interpersonal skills

Additional assets that earn points:

  • If you have knowledge of French or English, don't forget to mention it, it's important.
  • Having prior experience in a similar role is a significant advantage.

The process

  • Interview with one of the 2 leaders (Bruno or Matthieu)

  • Conducting psychotechnical tests with our HR department


  • Exchange sessions with 2 staff members (purpose: to better understand the organization, the behind-the-scenes, to discuss more down-to-earth topics)

  • Contract proposal and meeting with the 2 directors (Bruno and Matthieu)
