We are recruiting a bilingual French-Dutch Account Manager on a permanent contract for DMS, a subsidiary of IBGraf Group, based in Hoeilaart!

What do we expect from you?

As Account Manager, you will play a key role in our growth in key markets such as Brussels, Flanders and Walloon Brabant. You will be the face of our solutions, helping our customers turn their challenges into opportunities through your expertise and strategic advice.

Your tasks will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients (BOB, Winbooks, Horus) while developing our business activity in Brussels, BW, and Flanders.
  • Implement a dynamic prospecting plan for a determined target (SMEs and fiduciaries).
  • Ensure the follow-up and loyalty of existing customers (handling requests, product presentations).
  • Organize client meetings and work closely with the pre-sales team.
  • Conduct and follow up on marketing campaigns in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Participate in fairs, seminars, workshops, and business meetings.

Your skills :

  • You speak perfect Dutch and have a very good knowledge of French (minimum level C1).
  • You have a 3-year degree in IT management, accounting or foreign trade, or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in accounting and management software, would be an advantage.
  • You are rigorous, attentive, organized, and have a good team spirit.
  • You have a good ability to manage a client relationship in its entirety (follow-ups, dispute resolution, prospecting, contract negotiation).

Additional assets that earn points:

  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience with accounting and management software would be appreciated.
